Bienvenido R. Tabuzo, Jr., MSN, RN, CCRN is the Academic Nursing Division Director at CT State Community College Gateway in New Haven, Connecticut, with more than 30 years of academic and clinical experience across the Philippines, the UAE, and the United States. He is pursuing a PhD in Education (Organizational Leadership) and holds an MSN in Nursing Education and a BSN with honors. A seasoned nurse educator and critical care clinician, Mr. Tabuzo has taught extensively in medical-surgical nursing and has held faculty roles at Yale University School of Nursing and Southern Connecticut State University. Clinically, he serves as a Clinical Nurse III in the Cardiac ICU at Yale-New Haven Hospital, with prior experience in MICU, step-down, hemodialysis, and perioperative nursing. His professional involvement includes Sigma Theta Tau International, AACN, and the Philippine Nurses Association of America. He is the recipient of multiple honors, including the 2025 CCNW Workforce Development Award, AACN Nurse Hero Award (2020), and Most Outstanding Alumnus (2019). Leanne Harris is a highly experienced senior nurse and clinical leader with over 25 years across acute care, emergency medicine, neurodevelopmental services, complex paediatrics, community care, and residential settings. She currently serves as Director of Nursing (Band 9), Registered Manager, Nurse Prescriber, and Safeguarding Lead at Nursing Direct, where she oversees complex care governance, multidisciplinary teams, safeguarding systems, medication management, and person-centred support for neurodivergent and medically complex children and young adults. Leanne is also the Clinical Director at Lemur Care, providing specialist clinical governance for trauma-informed children’s residential services, focusing on behavioural formulation, risk management and therapeutic practice development. She is the founder of the Galago Academy, a CPD-accredited training platform delivering specialist clinical and neurodevelopmental education to health, social care and education partners.

Dr. Sam is a nursing professor at CT State community Colleges and an Adjunct professor at Yale School of Nursing and Western Connecticut State University in the USA. Dr. Ugorji is a nurse leader with administrative management skills leading programs. She has served as the Associate Dean / Chief Nurse Administrator at Metropolitan State University, Dean of Nursing and Health Professions at North Hennepin Community College, and Associate Dean of Nursing at Rasmussen University, all in Minnesota. Currently, an Assistant Professor at Southwest Minnesota State University teaching in graduate and undergraduate programs. She is serving as an external advisor to the MN Governor’s office on Public Engagement and a fellow with the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program (CADFP). Having many years of experience in healthcare and academia, Dr. Pape has held several clinical and leadership positions. In 2010, she received regional, state, and national Nurse of the Year awards for Teaching and Research Excellence from the American Association of Medical Surgical Nursing. She joined the Liberty University in 2021 as adjunct graduate faculty teaching in the PhD program. She is nationally and internationally known for her medication safety research in reducing medication errors by reducing interruptions. Her innovation has reached worldwide recognition as an evidence-based practice. She also received teaching excellence awards in 2016 and 2017, and 2023. Dr. Pape is certified in perioperative nursing (CNOR-E) nursing education (CNE) and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She earned her BSN from the University of Texas at Austin, her MSN from UTMB Galveston, and her PhD from Texas Woman’s University Houston. Dr. Pape has authored nearly 30 articles and book chapters. In 2022, Dr. Pape was featured at two national and one international forum discussing medication safety.

Vince Callahan received his master’s degree from Regent University in 1986 and began a three decade career as a professional counselor, and educator, working with individuals and families in both private practice and in-patient hospital settings. As part of the intensive work that has been done, he has studied the needs of children and the impact dysfunctional family systems have on their growth and development. Fueled by the desire to investigate these and other issues within the field of learning and development he began his doctoral work at Regent University in 2010. Vince’s doctoral focus has been the neurological impact of emotional trauma and its effect on academic performance. Intrigued by the implications within the educational system of how emotional trauma effects the learning process and academic performance, Dr. Callahan has spent the last twelve years researching early life stress and neurological development. A key element that his research uncovered is the viability of creating a relational learning environment within the classroom which would impact the learning ability of children who have experienced early life stress. Vince has documented over thirty thousand clinical counseling hours of individual and family counseling. He has worked in many therapeutic venues, in-patient psychiatric hospital units, private practice, church-based counseling centers and PACT teams. As a Christian counselor he believes in the power of God to “set the captive free” while utilizing sound psychological principles to assist clients in uncovering their interpersonal issues. Vince has conducted many family conferences throughout the United States and seven foreign countries. Within the conference setting individuals and families find healing and hope for their pain and dysfunction.
